Preparing CAN copies andsending Cnee with arrival Details. Resolvingthe issues & query of customers regarding daily routingorders. Execute order request calls /email. Email suppliers carrier &customers with shipping updates Trackshipments and confirm receipt & arrivals ofshipments. Ensure customer experience byaddressing customer concerns and resolvingissues. Responsible for answering androuting phone calls handling enquires.
Preparing Daily status report updating DSR on daily basis& sending to respectiveCnee withproperupdates.
CustomerService Sea Export Co ordination withvarious departments and customers to enablesmoothfunctioning and flow of informationbetween various teams. Coordinating of LandSide Services (CHA CHB CFS and Warehousing)Part of Client Pitching Team from Operations and Procurementend. Resolve conflicts between Shipper andLiner about their shipment. Monitor vendorservice delivery against SLA and frameagreements. Increasing the operationalefficiency within the organization. Followup with Carrier/Coloader for onboard/loadingconfirmation. Maintain flow of informationbetween customer and carrier team abouttheirshipment.
Handling regular customer service profileArranging for Transportation and customclearance. Monitoring post shipmentdocuments along with invoices to customerCreate DSR for customer and internalassessment.

Freight negotiations with carriers for existing & newcustomers. New customeracquisition. Overseas agentnomination. Share all the mandatory detailsrequired for the shipments. Send quotationto the clients. Negotiations with overseasagent / coloader. Track the closure& conversion of shipments. Probefor client feedback & actaccordingly.
