Hiring

Position - Customer Support Executive

Experience - 1 to 2 years

Vehicle placement
-
Providing Daily / Monthly MIS reports to customer

:

-
Providing all the documents and supporting paper (i.e. invoice, approved rate copy, LR, quoted rates etc.) regarding vehicle shipment to the billing section to prepare bills. Also clearing all the doubts of the billing section regarding shipment.

:

To communicate with the client about vehicle placement, vehicle tracking & vehicle placement-related issues, billing & outstanding & payment related, increase business etc.

Take responsibility for customer issues and follow through till resolution

Computer skills.

-
Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.

Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills

Salary

:

₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
