Currently we have a opportunity for you to be a part of Nakoda Machinery on
Engineering Coordinator Position.


Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities:


  • Overview on daily Attendance & Coordination with all service engg.
  • To registered the complaints from Customer, Service Engineer or Sales Engineers & Generate the case Id & give either customer,Service Engineer, Sales Engineer.
  • Inform Team Leader to allocate the engineer & update the status in Service Module
  • Close the complaint with all the status in service module.
  • Take updates from Service Engineer if they have any requirement of spare parts then will forward this to store Dept.
  • To take followup after dispatch of the assets.
  • Arrange the engineer for the commissioning. And do followup if any short materials or any other issue will occur
  • Update hammer card list & scan copies of Installation cards submit to MSB.
  • Maintain records of Hammer cards,Installation Reports on Excel database.
  • Followup with the Service Engineer for the commissioning Report.& Service Reports.
  • Fill Installation Report with Hammer cards in service module.
  • Give online support for Service Team Leaders & all Service Team.
  • OEM commissioning communication for compressor commissioning.
  • Schedule for the free visit and depute the service engineer for the same.
  • Submit advance request to the account Dept.
  • Receive vouchers from service engineer,checked it,and submit in account department and enter in After Sales & Support ERP
  • Take out schedule visit list from After Sale region wise.
  • Handover & mail the schedule visit list to regional head.
  • Feedback from customer about schedule visit.

Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
