What this job involves:

Submission of Monthly reports
Hotel & Serviced apartments Bookings
Record Management
Venue Booking
To closely monitor the day to day functions of the Mail room operations
Collection of quarterly No Dues Certificates
Monthly meeting with all the existing vendors
Timely processing of invoices
Follow protocol and maintain the organization structure and reporting process
Office cars Insurance renewals
Procurement process
Sharing monthly usage of Office cars kilometre details
Sharing the monthly supporting staff's incompetence allowance data
Timely processing of invoices
Maintain a Register for outgoing materials Inventories
Display of awareness of emergency procedures
Preparation of BCP Yearly basis
Assist in the management of conference and meeting rooms
Weekly reports of Car hiring, T&E updating
Overall management of internal events for the company
Handling Stationery requests
Relocation Activities
Manage the office cars and Drivers

Post Graduate with a relevant degree
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Self-starter, Confident, Collaborative with ability to work in a team
Strong analytical skills
