We are hiring for the profile of Sales Associate/Customer Service Specialist - U.S. Shift. Walk-in drive starting from 14th April 2023. Block-H, H-211, Third Floor, Lohia Road, Sector 63 Noida. _
Time from 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM. Call to schedule interview._


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Follow Up warm leads (They don't need to generate a fresh lead).
  • Manage customers/Account management.
  • Identifying the needs of the customers.
  • Developing quotes & proposals.
  • Develop sales goals & meet the requirements.
  • Negotiate & finalized sales with the customers.
  • Should be responsible to report on time to the respective manager.
  • Meet the goals.
  • Should be Updated with new cutting-edge technology.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Should be graduated with a minimum of
    2 years of work experience with American Clients (mandatory)
  • Must have good computer knowledge.
  • Should have good convincing skills.
  • S
    hould be comfortable with night shifts. (7:30 PM 4:30 AM)

Schedule:
US Shift - 7:30 p.m to 4:30 a.m IST
