Role:
Operations Associate
We are looking for a professional Operations Associate to coordinate and oversee our organization's operations.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing stakeholder relations across the complete value chain for our pharmacy business - customer, pharmacy, doctor and delivery partners.
Managing daily operations, ensuring all compliances and SOPs are followed
Ensuring the availability of medicines by coordinating with the vendors.
Co-ordinating communication across departments in a timely and effective manner
Timely reporting and discussing with the top management and proposing potential improvements

Requirements:

Any Graduation or Post Graduation can be considered
Flexible to work in different shifts (including evenings, weekends, or holidays)
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Well-versed In English, Hindi and regional languages.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping the focus on customers.
Outstanding conflict-resolving skills.
