Responsibilities:<\/span>
<\/p>
<\/div>
1. Training Program Development:<\/span>
<\/p>
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop comprehensive learning programs aligned with Brandsemi's business objectives and employee development goals.<\/span>
<\/p>
- Design and create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e -learning modules, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods.<\/span>
<\/p>
<\/div>
2. Training Delivery:<\/span>
<\/p>
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for employees at all levels, both in -person and virtually, covering topics such as product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and professional development.<\/span>
<\/p>
- Facilitate workshops, group discussions, and role -playing exercises to enhance learning retention and application of skills.<\/span>
<\/p>
<\/div>
3. Employee Onboarding:<\/span>
<\/p>
- Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new hires, providing them with the necessary knowledge and tools to become productive members of the team from day one.<\/span>
<\/p>
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new employees, incorporating feedback and continuous improvement into the onboarding process.<\/span>
<\/p>
<\/div>
4. Performance Support:<\/span>
<\/p>
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to reinforce learning and development objectives, address skill gaps, and enhance performance.<\/span>
<\/p>
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and create personalized development plans for individual employees, leveraging a blend of formal training and on -the -job experiences.<\/span>
<\/p>
<\/div>
5. Training Evaluation and Feedback:<\/span>
<\/p>
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms, making data -driven adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.<\/span>
<\/p>
- Solicit feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content, delivery methods, and overall learning experience.<\/span>
<\/p>

Requirements<\/h3>
Qualifications:<\/span>
<\/p>
<\/div>
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training & Development, Human Resources, or related field.<\/span>
<\/p>
- Proven 7 -10 Yrs experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.<\/span>
<\/p>
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners of diverse backgrounds and learning styles.<\/span>
<\/p>
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross -functional teams and stakeholders.<\/span>
<\/p>
- Proficiency in instructional design principles, learning management systems (LMS), and e -learning authoring tools is a plus.<\/span>
