To ensure the availability of teaching content and resources

  • Planning and preparing Mock-Test assessment papers and modulespecific reference
material for students.

  • Planning the course of action as per the content road map in advance.
  • Conducting classroom sessions of every nature and identifying weak students to plan and
execute the course of action for skill development.

  • Suggesting changes or amendments in Content and conducting Day-Off sessions.
  • Responsible for retention of Nonqualifiers and Dropouts
  • Meeting students and guardians for performance discussion and ensuring the maintenance
and record keeping of students' exam feedback.

  • Maintaining the decorum and conduct inside the premises.
  • Maintaining and presenting the Day End Report to the immediate supervisor.
  • Assisting in the promotional activities and conducting offsite sessions.

SKILLS REQUIRED:


  • Minimum 70 PTE score required for this job PTE Trainer needs to have excellent command over the English Language
  • The PTE Trainer needs to have impressive presentation skills.
  • PTE Trainer should be able to teach with appropriate methodology to achieve the required score of the students
  • Can teach all modules of PTE
  • Writing, Reading, Listening and Speaking PTE Trainer should conduct Mock Tests, giving proper feedback to students on required improvement areas
  • PTE Trainer needs to be able to think out of the box and create new techniques to enhance the students' performance Ensure basic training decorum and discipline in the class
  • Maintaining basic administration on a daily basis such as Students registering Attendance records PTE Trainer should be able to conduct workshops.
  • Excellent Pronunciation PSK (Public Speech Knowledge) Linguistic Phrases
  • Excellent Accent and Voice Quality
  • Excellent communication skills (Oral and written both)
  • Must be Well Presented & Confident
