Excellent opportunity to join a leading, US based credit card processing and POS company that has over a decade of industry experience.
Onesto Payments is seeking a friendly, energetic, reliable and responsible Deployment/Technical and Customer Support Specialist who will help clients in onboarding, training and ongoing support with their accounts that includes incoming and outgoing calls support.
Responsibilities:
Handling backoffice work, answering incoming calls from existing customers to troubleshooting their devices, update/delete features or any general account support inquiries.
Help our sales agents with any queries, be general point of contact between the customers and our independent agents.Requirements:
- Good typing speed (more than 60 WPM).
- Exceptional English and Hindi verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining company records and dealing with clients.
- Excellent analytical skills, courteous, highly motivated, reliable, and proactive with a positive attitude.
- Must be able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels.
- Comfortable working in US Shifts from office.
Preferred Experience:
CRM - Credit card processing equipments & POS systems - Tech and Customer support in Merchant services industry.
Work Location:
Mumbai (In Office)
Probation Period: 3 months
US Shift.
Salary: 30,000 to 40,000/- per month+ Benefits, based on experiance
Benefits:

Timing: 5 days a week Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays off - 8 PM to 4 AM India Time (US Time Zone).
