Ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained and organised at all times._
- _
Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times._
- _
Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards._
- _
Adhere to all sanitation guidelines._
- _
Assist the Cooks and Servers as and when necessary._
- _
Collects and removes trash from all areas of the operation following established procedures._
- _
Dispose of waste as per the hotel and authority standards and Adhere to recycling guidelines._
- _
Ensure waste bin area is kept clean and tidy._
- _
Carry out general cleaning as directed to include sweeping, mopping up, washing up, emptying of rubbish bins and boxes ensuring placement in the correct containers_
- _
Cleans and sanitizes pots, pans, utensils, and other minor equipment routinely used in the kitchen following established procedures._
- _
Cleans and maintains floors and walls in kitchen and dish washing area by following standard procedures._
- _
Cleans and sanitizes dishes and related serviceware following established procedures._
- _
Cleans large equipment as assigned, following established procedures._
- _
Consistently adheres to SDS (_
Safety_
Data Sheet) information related to the proper and safe use of chemicals in the workplace._
- _
Knowledge and proficiency to operate industrial dish washers._
- _
Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order._
- _
Check all chemical levels and _
inventory_

- _
Wash_
, Wipe, Sort, stack dishes, and load/unload dishwasher_
- _
Wash, Wipe, Sort, stack and store all cleaned items in an organised and safe manner._
- _
If any breakages or chipped items found then remove them from circulation and update the breakage and inventory _

Clean, sanitise and close workstations._
- _
Uses and maintains all equipment's according to manufacturer and department guidelines._

Report any maintenance or hazard issues to the _

Assist in light food preparation as directed by manager or chef on duty._

Assist in serving food and beverages to the _

Salary:
₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
