• Graduation is a must
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office
• Should be able to handle a team of Housekeeping staff and maintain the overall cleanliness of the society
• Should be able to handle outdoor visits to the bank for cheque deposit, letters to BMC, BEST payments etc.
• Should be able to maintain the attendance of the HK staff
• Age group 28 to 45 years only
• Should have worked as a HK supervisor for at least 3 years in the past

• Day shift

• Supervising: 4 years (preferred)
