- Demonstrated experience in designing, developing and delivering core production software solutions in a mission critical systems environment.
- Must have experience in developing real-time applications in a distributed processing architecture.
- Solid knowledge of Object Oriented Programming concepts a must.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP multicast and socket programming required.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy and a thorough understanding of full life-cycle development and performance optimization / latency reduction methodologies including debugging and support.
- Trading system experience (knowledge of the logical business domain in Options or Futures trading systems) is a major plus.
- Working knowledge of scripting in Windows and Linux environments
- Familiarity with open-source technologies required
- BE/BTech/MS/MCA in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of work experience in C++ development
