    Description

    Job Description :


    • 2+ years of fulltime experience in software development. Backend is preferred.
    • Minimum 1year experience in a fintech company is mandatory.
    • Practical experience building scalable technology in GCP, and AWS.
    • Exposure to building decoupled systems utilizing brokers such as Kafka and(or) RabbitMQ.
    • Prior knowledge of working with SQL based Databases ( Postgresql Preferred )
    • Excellent time management & people skills.
    • Practical knowledge of Kubernetes & Dockers; monitoring tools like Prometheus, and Grafana.
    • Any CI/CD tool.
    • Testdriven development.
    • Can bring the process to everyday tech madness.
    Bonus points Nice to have

    • First principles thinking.
    • 2 Positive of work :
    • Build highly scalable, reliable, and efficient distributed systems using micro-services architecture.
    • Take ownership of modules/services and be responsible for outcomes.
    • Develop proof of concepts at lightning speed for hypotheses validation, testing & team feedback.
    • Participate in a culture of code reviews, writing tech specs, and collaborating closely with other internal stakeholders.
    • Write endtoend unit and integration tests.
