Supervisor - Majorly Building Experience - 2-3 - Dahisar, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India - Relcon Infraprojects Limited
Description
They should be preferably staying between Dahisar to Dahanu.Should have 2-3 years of experience in residential building work.
- Streamlining resources material, manpower and logistics for timely work completion
- Ensure quality of work done onsite
- Maintain project documents, delivery challan, and measurement sheet.
- Maintain daily records of materials and keep stock of materials.
- Coordinate with subcontractors on daily basis for ensuring progress of work is maintained.
- Preparing daily progress chart for the site.
- Good Knowledge of understanding Civil Drawings.
- Should maintain high quality standards.
- Good Knowledge of Finishing work in Civil & MEP.
- Should have experience of slab/beam/columns shuttering, steel reinforcement, Brick work / tiling and plastering work.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification required
- At least 23 years minimum Building experience required
- Strong technical design background in highway design and transportation engineering
Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
