Job Description:

Arranging buying Prices, stock availability from Vendor / Disti./ OEM based on Customer requirement.
Requesting OEM for Special costing to defeat Competitors.
Connecting Our Sales team with respective OEM Account Manager for BOQ Verification & technical configuration.
Providing Quotation to Sales Account Manager in proper format within TAT.
Negotiating with Vendor / Disti for all Non-Cisco products on Daily Basis to get the customer PO at best Cost.
Validate pricing with vendor/ Disti. if there is price change when customer PO arrives.
Before releasing PO with any Vendor/Disti, Re-Negotiate with vendors for final NO Regret price to Increase the margin in all Transaction.
Renegotiate with payment terms, delivery time, finalise disti./ vendor to process for order loading.
Finalize vendor / disti. share all details to operation team to process the order
Monitoring & Maintaining of all Orders on daily basis to avoid any escalation.
Planning of Materials on timely basis to improve the delivery timeline for fulfiling the customer order
If there is any challenge from vendor/ Disti regarding material EDD/ status, try to expedite the shipment.
If operation team facing any issue regarding invoice we call vendor/ disti and make corrections ( like HSN code, payment terms, part number missing etc. )
Follow up for BIS certificate with disti/ OEM if require
Sourcing new vendor / OEM for new products.
Managing & Maintaining partner portal of Non-Cisco products
Like Doing Renewal of portal on timely basis, new partner portal registration, Solving Compliance Issues in smooth manner.
We have to follow up with Account team to release payment of vendor/ disti.
