Good Communication

Building material experience in the above-mentioned industry is MUST. Knowledge of local language/ demography is also a prerequisite. Should have 2 wheeler as a minimum.

High volume sales where the quantum is prescribed by the management.

Develop relationships with architects, Interior designers/contractors, developers/realtors.

Generate sales of both primary and secondary sales on a month to month basis to augment turnover and achieve targets to ensure work in sync with the corporate laid parameters.

Monitor competitor activities; update on new launches, communication & other activities and devise effective counter measures.

Identify and pursue business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.

Identifying & developing new streams for long term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve recurring/ referral business.

No Team handling.

END RESULTS:
Sales and collection.
Achieve Monthly, quarterly sales budgets by volume & value.
To promote all the available products in various projects and institutions.
To collect dues from customers on time.
Marketing Activities
Coordinating the promotional activities for new product launches & special products.
Organize Architects and Contractors and Engineers meets on a time to time basis.

Building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements; utilizing market feedback & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for positioning the product.

Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capturing optimum market share.
Monitoring of sampling hubs, sampling, and mock-up activity at project site. Project boards installation across sites.

Account Management

Management of outstanding and realization of payment within due dates to increase and maintain free cash flow.
Reports

Timely submission of reports as specified by the Corporate Sales Team.
