Personal Assistant:


Responsibilities:


  • Organize and manage the employer's schedule, including setting up meetings and appointments.
  • Ensure efficient time management to keep the employer on track with daily tasks.
  • Utilize Canva for creating visually appealing presentations and materials.
  • Create and edit documents and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Assist in project management and execution as needed.

Qualifications/Skills-

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred.

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
