    Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

    Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

    Employment Type: Full-time, on-site

    Job Responsibilities

    • Strategize and execute performance marketing campaigns across channels (Including, but not limited to: Meta, Google, Tiktok, Bing)
    • Analyse campaign performance to generate valuable insights for content and audience optimization
    • Ideate and maintain business reports for daily tracking and decision making
    • Manage storefronts for CRO and user experience (official website & partner channels)
    • Conduct market research to identify and action product opportunities across channels and markets
    • Work closely with affiliate, social media, and content team to ensure operational consistency and content quality

    Qualifications

    • 1-3 years of direct experience in managing performance marketing campaigns
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Proficient in excel, with strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to deliver valuable results in a fast-paced & cross-functional team
    • Hands on experience with: Shopify, Social Media, MS Office, Google Analytics, Advertising platforms (Meta, Google etc)
