    Job Description:-

    The person needs to be a customer champion and responsible for resolving all customer queries arising largely through emails.

    Needs to speak to customers over phone occasionally in case of any escalations - Will need to have an in depth business knowledge to understand different business aspects

    Requirements:-

    Excellent communication skills - Verbal & Written (Critical)

    Empathy & Patience

    Calm headed

    Experience:

    Fresher to 2 years.

    Ideal experience in a similar customer resolution role mainly through emails
