About the Company:
We are a leading retail company specializing in the sale of kids toys and glassware products.

As part of our expansion, we are looking for an E-commerce Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing our online presence across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

Product Listing:

The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for listing our products on prominent e-commerce platforms such as , Flipkart, and Meesho.

This includes creating accurate and compelling product descriptions, selecting appropriate images, and optimizing listings for better visibility and searchability.

Inventory Management:
Ensure timely and consistent updates of product availability, stock levels, and price changes on all e-commerce platforms.

Order Processing:
Efficiently process customer orders received through different platforms, ensuring accurate invoicing, packaging, and timely dispatch.

Customer Support:

Provide prompt and courteous customer support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Sales Analysis:

Track and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed decisions for improving product performance and optimizing sales strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in managing product listings on , Flipkart, and Meesho.
Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and back-end systems for listing, inventory management, and order processing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail to craft engaging product descriptions.
Basic understanding of the kids toys and glassware products market and trends.
Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to handling queries and complaints.
A keen interest in e-commerce trends and willingness to adapt to changes in the online marketplace.

Salary:
₹11, ₹12,000.00 per month
