    Job Summary:

    The position is responsible for Talent Acquisition (Recruitment and Selection) process.

    Responsibilities:

    This position has to understand Job Descriptions and to get MPR's raised by concerned HOD's on time.

    To source suitable profiles through various channels i.e. Job portals, social networks and employee referrals based on the JD's with in the agreed TAT and to present HOD's,

    To schedule and coordinate first, second and panel rounds interviews and to record and document interview feedback.

    To follow up with candidates for registration in Darwin Box and to submit all required documents on time.

    To facilitation and complete selection and offer processing on time.

    • engage prospective employees during offer to joining time and to facilitate onboarding process.
    • facilitate joining formalities and orientation on the day of joining as per Company Policy.

    To create and maintain profile inventory and talent pool in a systematic way.

    • for good candidate experience during selection and on boarding process.

    Desired profile/who should join:

    • with Management or HR specializations.
    • of 5+ years of work experience, largely with Insurance industry.
    • of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, handling above Manager cadre positions
    • possess very good verbal and written communication skills.
    • be a good communicator.
    • a quick, analytical, and growth-oriented mindset.
    • have good analytical and presentation skills.
    • have good negotiation skills.
    • proactive, self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team.
    • be self-driven and process oriented.
    • experience with Insurance Brokerage will be an added advantage.
