Roles and Responsibility

Job Title:
SRE - DEVOPS

Experience Required: 4-9 Years

Notice Period: 15 days to Immediate

Location:
Bangalore

SRE- DevOps

Software Development Engineer (SDE) - DevOps (Contractor)

In this role - your primary responsibility will be to support on call during US hours (9 pm to 9 am IST).

You will also be given the opportunity to work on Alerts/Monitoring improvements for the Platform.

What you'll do

Support US on call hours in rotation

Troubleshoot production issues and drive them to resolution

Work on long-term Alerts/Monitoring improvements.

Work with distributed teams to drive changes and coordinate resolution for production incidents.

Hands on experience in working on AWS cloud.

Hands on knowledge of scripting in any language like Bash, Python etc.

Experience in troubleshooting issues on UNIX/Linux based systems.

Experience in troubleshooting issues using logging and monitoring tools like Grafana, Splunk, ELK etc.

Exposure to microservices and container technologies like Docker, K8sGood verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AWS, Python, Terraform, Kubernetes, DockerExperience working with customer facing teams
