Responsibilities:

Manages the Assembly and Cutting area, ensuring the respect of production planning in terms of quantity, quality, timing and efficiency.
Guarantee proper organization of resources and machines/tools in the workshop.
Supervise the whole manufacturing process, in order to reach expected volumes and efficiency targets.
Guarantee respect of production plan daily/weekly, giving feedbacks to planning department.
Ensure respect of quality standards as far as finished products are concerned.
Implementing best practice production and manufacturing methods.
Ensuring the health and safety of all employees and visitors to the facility.
Liaising with the key stakeholders to build trust and credibility.
Liaising with Operation coordination team
Identifying staff training needs.
Determining quality control standards.
Attending daily operations meetings.
Making sure that staff comply with all workplace health and safety regulations.
Introducing innovative manufacturing processes.
