Description

Manage accounting operations:
Take responsibility for accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, banking and all other related accounting operations etc

Credit control and inventory control, Physical Verification Of closing stock.

Vendor and purchase order review, Auditing and verifying purchase bills to make sure its matching with accounting system.

Making MIS Reports on Monthly and quarterly basis & Reports of Monthly financial & Profitability statement. Submission of reports (Cash forecast, Credit report, MIS monthly report, quarterly & yearly) in time.

GST/TDS compliances

Managing direct tax activities including assessments

Accounts receivable & payable management

Banking operations:
Projection of sales and expense for banking CMA. Relationship management with banks for working capital loans

Management assurance & Internal financial control, Handling statutory audit/Internal audit, Queries settlement with Auditors

Scrutiny of wrong entries, Monitor and analyses accounting Data.

Lead accounts team, Recruit and Train New Employees, Ensure team duties delegated and managed during absences.

Requirements:

Knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices

Graduate or IPCC/Inter with 5 to 10 years of experience in accounting and taxation

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of "TALLY " accounting software, Advanced Excel.

Salary:
₹9, ₹30,000.00 per month
