Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Advertisement Marketing Company.

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and promoting our services to drive business growth.

Your primary goal will be to engage prospects, understand their requirements, and effectively communicate the value of our Advertisement Marketing solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our Advertisement Marketing Company's services.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through effective lead generation and followup strategies.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis and consultative selling to understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Develop and maintain a good understanding of our company's offerings, industry trends, and competitors' services.
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and packages.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
• Document and update customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement effective strategies and achieve common goals.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.

Salary:
₹80, ₹100,000.00 Annual
