Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a courteous and welcoming manner, and assist them with their inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures to customers, both in person and over the phone
- Listen attentively to customers' issues and concerns, and take proactive steps to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Identify root causes of problems and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for further assistance.
