Description

Basic overview of tasks will include:

  • Monitoring the IT helpdesk and actioning or assigning tickets following guidelines
  • Generating tickets for new hires based on current onboarding process
  • Actioning assigned newhire, termination, and access review tickets
  • Other IT admin tasks as assigned by IT manager
  • Handling basic end user IT support requests, including:
  • Password resets
  • Account unlocks
  • Approved software installs and repairs
  • Other generic IT support tasks as assigned

Job Type:
Temporary

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
