Description
Basic overview of tasks will include:
- Monitoring the IT helpdesk and actioning or assigning tickets following guidelines
- Generating tickets for new hires based on current onboarding process
- Actioning assigned newhire, termination, and access review tickets
- Other IT admin tasks as assigned by IT manager
- Handling basic end user IT support requests, including:
- Password resets
- Account unlocks
- Approved software installs and repairs
- Other generic IT support tasks as assigned

Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
