    Hiring for Social Media Manager II Minimum of 7 years work experience as a Social Media Manager in an Agency II Shift : General/UK shift II Salary upto 10LPA II Location : Vashi II Saturday & Sunday off

    Need candidates from agency background only. Someone from the same background, very creative, who can create content and do the execution as well.

    The person will be responsible for the clients social media account from start to end from planning, campaigning to execution.

    Shift : General/UK shift

    Location : Vashi

    Saturday & Sunday off

    Do you love Twitter/Instagram/Facebook/ and the sort? Does writing creative copies

    come to you easily? Do you have an eye for latest tools and features and can read analytics

    seamlessly?

    The ideal candidate;

     Will have a minimum of 7 year work experience as a Social Media Manager in an

    Agency

     Will have an in-depth understanding of all things digital and social media

     Will have to manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as

    Facebook, Instagram Twitter, , Pinterest, YouTube, etc. and adapt content to

    suit the different channels

     Will have to strategize and plan social media campaigns and create daily social

    content for different platforms.

     Must have a minimum of 5 year experience in creating social media content for

    different platforms

     Knowledge of scheduling and social analytics tools are preferred

     Will have to perform social media audience research and competitor social analysis

     Will have to monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media

    platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Business

    Manager, etc. Knowledge of Social Media Ads are preferred

     Will have to manage monthly and yearly social media budgets

     Will have to communicate with client directly in terms of monthly billings, budgets,

    proposal, reporting and invoicing

     Will be fluent with branding and marketing concepts (including making presentations)

     Will be fluent with various digital media, channels and platforms and trending news

     Will be a multi-specialist and not only focus on content and strategy, but also interact

    with clients and manage internal and external expectations

     Will work on strategy, content, and branding, additional points if he / she has a

    creative eye and dabs in Photoshop / Illustrator and/or Canva

     Additional points if said candidate is already an influencer in the digital sphere

    Candidates must:

     Have agency experience

     Have exceptional communication skills, written and spoken

     Possess a love for dealing with people

     Be Highly self-motivated and creative

     Be Pro-active and enjoy taking initiative

     Be Multi-tasker
