Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an engaging and comprehensive curriculum for the IB English program.
  • Lead and manage a team of English teachers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning.
  • Collaborate with the IB Coordinator and other department heads to align curriculum and instructional practices.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Organize and oversee extracurricular activities related to English language and literature.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that inspires and motivates students to achieve their full potential.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IB education and English language teaching.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in English Literature or related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of teaching experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role in an IB school.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
  • Experience in curriculum development and assessment.
  • Familiarity with the IB curriculum and assessment practices is highly desirable

Salary:
₹80, ₹100,000.00 per month
