Description

We're looking for Sales Executive who will be responsible for selling our products to Distributors / Retailers / Small Shops in rural areas.

Main Role is responsible for acquiring new clients for business growth and maximize the profits of the organization by meeting the required sales targets


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • He will be responsible to shortlist locations to drive the sales
  • Promote current products to market and reach out customers with our offerings
  • Conduct market research for the product movement and understanding customer needs and requirements
  • He will also be responsible for driving targeted campaigns to acquire new customers
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with all the local dealers
  • He will be responsible for achieving the sales targets on daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Coordinate with Dealers and Help out with Post Sales

Desired Skills:


  • Should be a Graduate / Diploma Holder / ITI / 10th Pass/12th pass/Degree
  • Very Strong Communication Skills
  • Local Language
  • Highly Self Driven, and should be Individual contributor
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding on local market
  • Good to have any sales experience, if not fresher is fine
  • Should have 2 wheeler with valid DL / LL along with vehicle documents

Salary and Other details:


  • Salary Details
to 20,000 depending on the skill set and Interview


  • Incentives will be given on every quarter, based on the performance and targets (Explained in detail at the time of Interview)
  • Petrol Allowance provided on daily basis, depending on the areas (Minimum 100 rupees per day)
  • 6 days working (Currently Sunday Fixed Off)
  • Timings 10am to 6:00 pm*Regards
