Responsibilities:


As a
Telecaller, your responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads.
  • Handling inbound calls from customers and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and product/servicerelated issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, answer questions, and resolve any issues.
  • Meeting or exceeding call volume and sales targets.

Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle a high volume of calls.
  • Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.

Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month


Schedule:
