**Job Description:
- **•Coordinate Director's communications, including taking calls, responding to E
- mails and interfacing with clients. (Prioritise E-mails and responding, when
necessary).


  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for the Director and team
members.


  • Maintain and organise filing system of paper and electronic documents including
archives.


  • Coordinate scheduling and calendar management as well as content and flow of
information to senior executives.


  • Manage scheduling of company executive(s), as required by the Director.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and
attending to logistics of meetings.


  • Writing Minutes of the Meeting.
  • Manage Director's travel logistics and activities, including accommodations,
transportation, and meals


  • Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet
creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contacts database.


  • Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence;
drafting letters and documents; collecting and analysing information.


  • Ensure smooth operation of all electronic gadgets in Director's office.
  • Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the
telephone, and answering or directing inquiries.


  • Prepares reports by collecting and analysing information.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information
confidential.


  • Secures information by completing database backups.
  • Provides historical reference by developing and utilising filing and retrieval
systems and recording meeting discussions.


  • Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory
level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office.


  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality.
  • Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site

Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month

  • Okhla, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
