- Ensure adherence to top standards for data privacy, safety, and ethical data usage.
- Guide and instruct junior team members, delivering advice on technical obstacles and professional advancement.
- Keep yourself informed about the most recent developments in machine learning research, tools, and methods.
- Completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in programming languages like Python, R, or Scala.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikitlearn, etc.
- Sound knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical techniques, and data structures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication abilities and a talent for collaborating with multifunctional teams.
- Previous involvement in a leadership or mentorship position is preferred.
- Exposure to working in a remote setup or across various time zones is beneficial.
