Reporting to:
Managing Director.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments, and maintain and update director's daily calendar.
- Assist Directors in a regular day to day tasks which involve use of good typing, analytical and MS Office skills.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
- Ensure all correspondence and relevant documents are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handling Personal Investment Portfolio of Director and ensuring all investment related tasks are handled.
- Building investment trends as well as market trends and data for the Directors.
- Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
- Liaison with international partners and gaining international knowledge.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, plan logistics for directors and keep a track of all documents, and prepare expense reports. Travel bookings and arrangements including the Visa process.
- Schedule travel in the calendar and attach it to the calendar checkin
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including assisting with special projects, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements.
- Assist HR with corporate gifting and building Brand Image of the company.
- Assisting the company with Social Media Activities and Designing.
- Preparation of MIS Reports.
Skills
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- The ability to work in a fastpaced environment without compromising on quality and satisfaction.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problemsolving skills with impeccable multitasking abilities
- Strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Emotional maturity, Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
- Forwardlooking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
