Job Summary:

Reporting to:

Managing Director.


Responsibilities:


  • Schedule appointments, and maintain and update director's daily calendar.
  • Assist Directors in a regular day to day tasks which involve use of good typing, analytical and MS Office skills.
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
  • Ensure all correspondence and relevant documents are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handling Personal Investment Portfolio of Director and ensuring all investment related tasks are handled.
  • Building investment trends as well as market trends and data for the Directors.
  • Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
  • Liaison with international partners and gaining international knowledge.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, plan logistics for directors and keep a track of all documents, and prepare expense reports. Travel bookings and arrangements including the Visa process.
  • Schedule travel in the calendar and attach it to the calendar checkin
  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including assisting with special projects, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements.
  • Assist HR with corporate gifting and building Brand Image of the company.
  • Assisting the company with Social Media Activities and Designing.
  • Preparation of MIS Reports.

Skills

  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced environment without compromising on quality and satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problemsolving skills with impeccable multitasking abilities
  • Strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Emotional maturity, Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
  • Forwardlooking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.

₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
