_ We require someone with deep understanding and experience in General Accounting._

_ Responsibilities

_ In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to the General Accounting domain._

_ _
_Journal Entries Creation and Booking_
_ _
_Month End Close Activities_
_ _
_Manage the aligned process (as applicable) - General Accounting, Fixed assets, Intercompany, Reporting, Balance account reconciliations._

_Intercompany Accounting_
_ _
_Bank and Investment Reconciliations_
_ _
_General Ledger Reconciliations_
_ _
_Fixed Assets Reconciliations (FA Clearing & SL-GL)_
_ _
_Identifying balancing items and their clearance_
_ _
_Escheat Reconciliations_
_ _
_Corporate Reporting_
_ _
_Internal and External Audit_
_ _
_SOX Compliance_
_ _
_Qualifications we seek in you

_ Minimum qualifications_

_Freshers are eligible_
_ _
_B.Com (H)/B.Com (P) (Only Regular graduation, no Distant Learning)_

_CA firm experience not considered_

_Preferred qualifications

_Relevant experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing RTR Ops_
_ _
_Good written and verbal communication skills_
_ _
_MS Excel Knowledge, Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros_
_ _
_IT skills:
ERP (PeopleSoft/SAP/Oracle/Workday Financial), MS Office_
_ _
_Partner Management - Should have experience in managing, process owners and various_
_ _
_Quality Lean/Process Improvement knowledge_
