This role needs to commute and manage to multiple centers in the given region
***- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware such as Laptops and Desktops

Hands on experience of CCTV and Surveillance Systems
Knowledge of IT operations
Desktop hardware and software asset management
Configuration and repairing of local area network (LAN) and infrastructure.
Good Knowledge in Operating Systems Microsoft Windows and Linux
Configuration of Antivirus, Outlook configuration
Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches)
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations with basic knowledge in Firewall and antivirus management
Provide technical support to users for operating systems, hardware, internal systems
