Role Description

We are looking for a sales and business development professional who can build, facilitate and drive new customer acquisition in the KSA/ Middle East region to support our global revenue goals.

This individual will be the face of Clear locally into the market and will play a critical role in expanding our presence in the market.

The manager will also work closely with other functions within Clear such as Marketing, Product, Delivery, Legal/ Finance.


Key roles and responsibilitiesAct as a face of Clear in KSA/ Middle East market.

  • Own revenue KPI for the market; Develop and implement a sales/ GTM strategy to achieve sales targets
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (business head, marketing, category teams) to define and execute sales strategies, messaging, and ideas to drive growth.
  • Have a deep understanding of features set, product roadmap, and market to accurately address a customer's needs.
  • Manage endtoend sales pipeline from prospecting to deals closure; Maintain relationships and grow existing accounts
  • Collaborate with category team to develop right pitch books, sales/ partnerships collaterals
  • Identify and onboard strategic partners to grow business; Maintain longterm strategic relationships with such partners
  • Build indepth knowledge of the customer's business priorities, challenges, and overall market needs that can be translated into product offerings.

Skill setHigh-level technical aptitude to understand our products and how they serve customer needs

  • Experience in managing revenue targets and delivering growth
  • Strong network/relationships and ability to build strategic relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to manage stakeholders at CXO and mid senior level
  • Strong business acumen and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in extremely high pace environment with crossfunctional collaboration
  • Ability to evaluate sound business opportunities, resolve conflicts, close deals and meet/exceed revenue goals.
