Description

The Tender Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the tendering process, ensuring the timely submission of competitive bids, and supporting business development efforts.

This role requires a strong understanding of the industry, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:


Tender Identification:
Research and identify relevant tender opportunities in the market.
Monitor various sources, including government portals, industry publications, and websites, for new bidding opportunities.


Bid Planning and Coordination:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical experts, and legal, to develop bid strategies and plans.
Establish bid timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and deadlines.


Documentation and Proposal Development:
Prepare and compile all necessary documentation, including technical proposals, pricing, and supporting materials.
Write, edit, and review proposal content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and persuasiveness.
Manage the creation of graphics, charts, and visuals to enhance proposal presentations.


Cost Estimation:
Work with the finance team to develop accurate cost estimates and pricing strategies.
Analyze project specifications and requirements to determine cost components.


Submission Process:
Coordinate the submission process, ensuring all required documents are complete and submitted on time.
Manage any online portal or physical submission requirements.


Quality Assurance:
Conduct quality checks on the final proposal to ensure it meets all criteria and is error-free.
Ensure that the proposal aligns with the client's requirements and addresses their needs.


Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with clients, government agencies, and industry partners.
Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as necessary.


Post-Bid Analysis:
Evaluate the results of the bid process, including wins, losses, and feedback. Use post-bid analysis to continuously improve the bid management process.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, etc.).
  • Proven experience in tendering and bid management.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of industryspecific regulations and requirements (e.g., government procurement processes) is a plus.

Pay:
From ₹30,000.00 per month
