Description

We are seeking an experienced
Business Application Support professional to join our team.

The Position is similar to Business Analyst, where you have to
interact with clients/customers post-implementation and provide support.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing post-implementation support to our customers who use our financial and trading software.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our software and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers who use our financial and trading software
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the software
Work closely with development teams to investigate and resolve complex issues
Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide timely updates
Develop and maintain product knowledge to support customer needs
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2+ years of experience in software support services

Prior experience in
using software for trading and Risk Management

- Experience using financial and trading software
-
CTRM domain knowledge

Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users
Customerfocused with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary:
₹358, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
