Description
Rolls and Responsibilities
- Associate will be responsible for handling incoming and outbound calls from customers/Patients.
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about doctor schedule, hospital services, book and cancel appointments, or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken in the CRM.
- Associates must reply to those queries in a set format.
- Responsible to book the doctor appointments on a web portal.
- Handle all the complaints of customers and pacify them.
- Taking followups from management for the complaints and feedback closure.

Salary:
₹150,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
