Key Responsibilities:

Guest Services:
- Ensure a smooth checkin process, verifying identification, processing payments, and providing room keys.
- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and other special requests as needed.
Front Desk Operations:
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized.
- Process checkouts efficiently, collecting payments, reviewing charges, and issuing invoices or receipts as required.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure timely room turnovers and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues reported by guests.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and filing guest registration cards, invoices, and other documents accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions, room assignments, and special requests, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with hotel policies.
- Prepare daily reports on room occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics for management review.
Security and Safety:
- Monitor the lobby area and entrances for suspicious activity, ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel property.
- Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items, reporting any incidents or security breaches to management immediately.
