Recruiter Job Responsibilities:

Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements and using newsgroups and job sites.

Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.

Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.

Responsible for sourcing the CVs through job portals Naukri, internal database, and references

Screening the profiles by conducting preliminary checks (Communication Skills, Academic Qualifications and Experience, CTC, Reason for job change).

Maintaining pipeline of quality profiles and assuring delivery within stipulated time.

Scheduling telephonic, Virtual Interviews and face to face interviews

Responsible for full life cycle recruitment of junior, middle and senior level professionals.
