Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right school uniforms and accessories, providing good service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role requires excellent communication skills in mostly hindi, as well as the ability to cross-sell and upsell products to meet customer needs.

• Assist customers in selecting school uniforms and accessories, providing product information and recommendations.
• Crosssell and upsell additional products to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner, providing resolutions when necessary.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay uptodate on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
