Inside Sales Executive - Kochi, India - Staffspectrum Services Pvt Ltd
Description
Participate in prospecting exercises with the sales through product demos and technical presentations- Call existing and prospective qualified leads.
- Research and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Keep leads engaged and updated on the offerings of company.
- Understand the product portfolio and competitive landscape
- Maintain records of communication done with Clients into CRM.
- Aggressive outbound efforts to ensure a robust pipeline
- Lead Generation activities such as cold calling to prospects.
- Research and develop prospect list using LinkedIn and Web research
- Maintaining and developing relationships with new existing clients.
- Plan Presales strategies in response to market and competitors' behaviour.
- Understand customer needs and make technical presentations.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating technical requirements
- Marketing Coordination: Assist with trafficking of marketing projects such as followup with clients, lead generation, content development for website, new business activities, and more.
Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
Shift:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- handling inbound/outbound sales calls: 1 year (required)
- Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (required)
