Experience in Non-IT & IT recruitment in the domestic market.
Experience in sourcing resumes through different job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Review the Job Description to understand the needs of the organization.
Will be responsible for Salary Negotiations
Should be well versed with Induction of the company
Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills and a strong commitment to the profession
To maintain various daytoday records etc
Promotes company reputation as the best place to work
Skills Required: Niche Talent Acquisition, Mass Hiring, Sales Hiring, Salary Negotiations, Hiring, Interview, IT Recruitment, Non-IT recruitment,
Bachelor's degree required, MBA in HR or a Diploma in Management preferred
Minimum two years of experience in HR
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Excellent organization skills, with the ability to do multitask.
