We are Hiring for - Skill trainer and administratorLocation:
Devanahalli-Bangalore.
Core Responsibilities & Duties
- Process Execution: Exhibit significant indepth knowledge on processes, techniques, methodologies, tools and equipment used with an enhanced focus on safety, quality and productivity. Implements industry standards, best practices within the domain. Collect and analyze data of key performance measures.
- People Support: Guides and trains team members and exhibit strong teamwork traits in all aspects. Oversee the quality and quantity of work. Contributes to enhancing quality of instructions.
- Risk and opportunity Management: Support actions to minimize risks. Ensure the company and customers' intellectual properties are protected.
- Management information system: Adhere to the processes as defined for the multiple management systems and suggest ideas for continuous improvements, focusing on excellence.
- To execute talent development programs, design training material and delivery to support technical and behavioral competencies as per the annual training plans
- To prepare and review training programs to align with changes occurring in the work environment/Projects/customer requirements.
- To adhere to the Learning & Development strategy that facilitates and drives individual development and capacity building in line with industry requirements.
- To coordinate with the NEEM/Certification partners for completion of the training courses
- To participate in customers, certifying body and regulatory audits
- To work with department leaders to bring a crossfunctional alignment and identify the skill gaps
- To continually monitor effectiveness of development programs for employees
- To execute the skill development training program as per the plan using the training content.
- To coordinate with the inline trainers in executing the onthejob training.
- To maintain training records (e.g., trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets & Feedback forms)
- To assess the effectiveness of the training by conducting assessments, interviews.
- Adherence to annual training plan for execution of training plan.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of the training program by measuring the variations and gap analysis.
Preferred educational qualification:
- Diploma or Graduate with technical background (BE/B Tech/ME /M Tech)
Work experience:
- Diploma with 7 years of experience or Degree with 5 years of experience in the domain of learning and development / Handson exposure to Electrical & Electronics manufacturing processes.
Any other specific requirement:
- IPC-WHMAA620/IPC-JSTD001/IPC-A610 standard CIT certification will be an added advantage.
- Hands on exposure to fiber optic process will be an added advantage.
Salary:
₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
