Responsibilities:

Design Development:
Collaborate with senior architects and designers to translate design concepts into functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. Assist in the creation of sketches, renderings, and 3D models to visualize design ideas.

Drafting and Documentation:
Prepare accurate architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Assist in the creation of construction documents, including detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Research and Analysis:
Conduct research on materials, finishes, and furniture to support design decision-making. Analyze building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance and incorporate them into the design process.

Project Coordination:
Assist in coordinating and communicating with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Attend project meetings and contribute ideas and insights to optimize design solutions.


Quality Control:
Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure that construction work aligns with design intent and quality standards. Identify and resolve design and construction issues by proposing appropriate solutions.

Client Interaction:
Collaborate with senior team members to effectively communicate design ideas to clients. Assist in preparing presentations and visual materials to support client meetings and design reviews.

Professional Development:
Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies related to interior architecture and design. Seek learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in architectural design and project management.


Requirements:


Education:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution. Master's degree is a plus.

Experience:

Entry-level position; prior internships or practical experience in an architectural or interior design firm is beneficial but not mandatory.


Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD or Revit), 3D modeling software (such as SketchUp or 3ds Max), and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Basic knowledge of construction materials, detailing, and building systems.

Design Skills:
Strong design sensibility and ability to contribute creative ideas to the design process. Understanding of spatial planning, ergonomics, and materials selection.


Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
