    Description

    Title: Senior Spring boot Developer

    Experience: 5-8 Years

    Education Qualification:​​ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

    Work Location: Bengaluru/Pune

    Work Mode: Work from Office

    Responsibilities:

    1. Design, develop, and implement Java Spring Boot applications according to business requirements.

    2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.

    3. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. 4. Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs.

    5. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

    6. Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.

    7. Mentor junior team members and help them grow their technical skills.

    8. Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

    9. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Spring Boot development.

    Requirements:

    1. Proven experience as a Senior Spring Boot Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.

    2. Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful web services. Familiarity with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate.

    3. Hands-on experience with database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

    5. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

    6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. Certification in Spring Framework.

    2. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is nice to have.

    3. Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is mandatory.

    4. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI. Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular or React frameworks is nice to have.
