  • Minimum 8+ years of experience working with HR data.
  • 4+years of Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors.
  • Supporting the global HR teams, serve as centralized resource for compensation.

Develop, implement and monitor compensation, to include:
pay for performance, salary structure design and modeling, complex costing scenarios, incentive plans, etc.

  • Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors productsuite configuration options, integration points and best practices
  • Experience in leveraging system compensation tools such as SuccessFactors, Workday or similar systems, to significantly improve compensation processing.
  • Associate or Professional Compensation Certification preferred.
Basic understanding of agile methodology


Experience:

  • Bangalore, Karnataka (required)

Ability to Relocate:
