Major Job Responsibilities:

• Should have prior experience as a fresher placement officer and worked in the similar roles for other training institutes or colleges.
• Organizing campus placements in our training center's in Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

Job description

• Hiring Companies onboarding and Clientele portfolio building for placement needs will be the main responsibility of the PO.
• PO needs to keep in touch with hiring company HR from different organizations in order to stay updated with the new job vacancies that come up.
• Good knowledge of industryinterfaceacademia
• Strong networking skills with Industry and to be aware current trends on recruitment cycle.
• 23 years of experience must.
• Placement consultancy experience preferred
• Confidence and ability to tie up with companies
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Strong relationships with leaders in various functions such as human resources, recruitment

Job Timing: 10.00 am to 6 pm


Salary: 25, ,000.00 per month
